Band of Heathens compensate fans for ticket processing fee

Band of Heathens have taken action after learning from their fans that customers were being charged an $8 processing fee to buy $15 tickets online for the band’s show tonight in Houston.
The band are offering every ticketholder, regardless of how they bought the ticket, an $8 voucher to use on merchandise at the show.
“We will do everything in our power to be aware of these things and avoid them in the future,” the band said in a message to fans.
The Band of Heathens are due back on this side of the pond in May, when they are booked for the Kilkenny Rhythm and Roots festival.
